If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be exchanged if it’s unworn. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. However, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our manufacturing errors

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] for further details.

Exchange Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then exchange process will be processed. you can choose to recieve store credits on your next purchase or full refund

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you are approved for a Partial Refund and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Kuemart.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages  

Kuemart.com  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
